As a Resident Physiotherapist registered in Ontario, he  is committed to helping patients restore movement, manage pain, and return to active living through personalized rehabilitation plans.

Samarpreet’s clinical background spans a wide variety of healthcare settings—from hospitals and rehabilitation centers to multidisciplinary clinics. He’s skilled in treating both acute and chronic conditions, post-operative recovery, geriatric mobility enhancement, and strength training. His experience in patient care and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals ensures seamless, comprehensive care for every patient.

In addition to his clinical roles, Samarpreet is passionate about patient education and injury prevention. He empowers individuals with practical knowledge and exercises tailored to their goals, promoting long-term well-being. His warm communication style and attentive care have earned him trust across diverse communities. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he offers culturally sensitive care to meet patients where they are.

Samarpreet holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, along with a graduate certificate in Healthcare Management. He has also completed additional certifications in sports rehabilitation, pain management, and dynamic taping. Natalie St-Denis combines her knowledge and experience treating physical tissues with the emotional connection that impacts the pain experience. By exploring the thoughts and emotions that present themselves physically in the body, the patient achieves a greater understanding of persistent pain in order to begin regaining control and to achieve meaningful goals.

Natalie is a 2004 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Ottawa. She is currently completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Her continuing education courses include:

Sophie-Anne graduated from a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa, where she also obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. Sophie-Anne believes in offering one-on-one physiotherapy services in order to provide the best quality of care. This is done through a combination of education, manual therapy and specific therapeutic exercises, which she believes are the key factors in regaining full potential.

Sophie-Anne has a particular interest in pelvic floor dysfunctions such as pelvic pain, pre-natal and post-partum issues, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence in both men and women, and much more. She has taken many courses to help her patients empower themselves and reach their highest functioning level. These courses include:
