Natalie St-Denis combines her knowledge and experience treating physical tissues with the emotional connection that impacts the pain experience. By exploring the thoughts and emotions that present themselves physically in the body, the patient achieves a greater understanding of persistent pain in order to begin regaining control and to achieve meaningful goals.

Natalie is a 2004 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Ottawa. She is currently completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Her continuing education courses include:

Sophie-Anne graduated from a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa, where she also obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. Sophie-Anne believes in offering one-on-one physiotherapy services in order to provide the best quality of care. This is done through a combination of education, manual therapy and specific therapeutic exercises, which she believes are the key factors in regaining full potential.

Sophie-Anne has a particular interest in pelvic floor dysfunctions such as pelvic pain, pre-natal and post-partum issues, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence in both men and women, and much more.
